I am 18 years old and I have some problem that accures after having sex. It's from almost 2 years. After having sex I feel weak, tired with some joint pains, if I don't sleep or eat something sweet I feel like my knees are not going to support my weight. Some times there are pains in the testicles and chest pains /near the heart/ + my heart is racing very fast for a long, long time. It gets worse if I have sex more than twice a week. /I can say that I've had a quite late puberty, may be it's related?/ Thanks for your attention, I hope somebody can help me.
P.S.: the only tests i have done are blood tests and hearing of the heart, I sport a lot so the doctor said that my heart is fine but there may be some tachycardias /the doctors here are not quite good.../. Thanks again.

  • I don't know where you are, but you should have a full STD screening to include syphilis. Did you have any ulcers/rash after your sexual encounter? You may need to include a hepatitis C screening, too.

  • Your story sounds very much like you have hypoglycemia. Do your symptoms occur after exercise or other activities as well?

I sport at least three times a week, sometimes when I train too long / 2 or 3 hours / I can feel some dizziness and blured vision, but otherwise I do not feel the same as after sex + the condition after sex persist for much longer while after sports the blured vision and the dizziness go away as soon as I sit to rest. I've found out that the more I sleep the better I get, I even feel more calm / I am quite nervous as a whole / this makes me think it can be neurological related : ?. Anyways thanks again.

  • Hypoglycemia causes a sympathetic adrenaline surge which might be contributing to the sensation of chest pain, racing heart etc. Your story also sounds like some of this may be anxiety related, or exacerbated by such. Good luck.

  • Perhaps you should get a thyroid test, too, in addition to the blood sugar test. You need a good doctor.

The Chantix is your problem.. Chantix is just a poison. I know because it has affected me in a large number of ways. My heart rate is always high, B.P. is up, Anger issues, tired all the time, just don't want to do any thing... Going to see my Dr. again. All the things I have read, NO REVERSING of side effects. No wonder people kill them selves.. Good luck and God Bless
