Had irregular heartbeat, diarrhea, headaches, stomach cramps, and unusually bad asthma

Now im getting intense pins and needles in my left foot which i cant shift even by walking about

Im an active 17 year old, do kickboxing 3 times a week and badminton every other week, and my asthma hasnt been bad for a long while (no need of inhaler)

My local GP hasnt got a clue what ive got, and gave me a basic penicillin based anti-biotic, but that hasnt done anything at all.

Only other problem was major lack of appetite, but i guess i can expect that from a dodgy stomach,

Anyone got any ideas what might be up?
