I was wondering if anyone has had a diagnosis for the symptoms I have, or knows what the cause might be. Two or three weeks ago I had a headache, which was mild but lasted 24-48 hours. Since then I have been feeling pressure in my head, on and off, mostly on the right side. At times it feels like a hand pushing down very gently on the top. More recently it seems to be a similar feeling in my temples, and right now I can feel it inside my ear. It has also caused occassional very slight ringing in my right ear. Additionally I often feel twinges of very slight pain in parts of my head (again mostly the right, but not always), which can be on the top, in the temple, at the back and also just above my temple. Other than these very slight twinges, I would not call the sensations a headache (other than that first day), but more this feeling of pressure. I have also had feelings of sort of "light-headedness," or is it "heavy-headedness," but I can't work out if this is down to anxiety over the other symptoms.
Of course I was worried about a tumour (and still am), which I googled to find the symptoms. I have not had any nausea or intense headaches, and the sensations are not more severe first thing in the morning, which I hope is a good sign. I did also read about acoustic tumours, which most often don't cause headaches. But I'm hoping the fact that the pressure feeling in my ear was not the first thing I noticed means this is unlikely.
Any help would be much appreciated as this is making me very anxious and does not seem to be going away.
