Pressure all around - head, neck, arms, feet

I woke up a few nights ago with a swollen arm, which made me panic even though it went away, but it had me shaking all night. I went to urgent care to get it checked out and they said it was just anxiety, but the anxiety medicine does nothing. A similar thing happened months ago and I went to the ER where they also told me it was anxiety attacks.

Now I feel pressure in my head and face as well as my arms and feet and it has me worried that I could have a blood clot that could lead to a heart attack or stroke, even though I'm only 22. I constantly have to get up and walk around to try to relieve the pressure. Am I just overreacting here?
