I have had very strange symptoms for a couple of years-all pointing towards MS. I just has my first MRI done. The results came back. I have 15-20 lesions on my brain-It is believed to be MS-I also have a family history of MS. I have a follow up MRI to go to before they can confirm the diagnosis.
I was wondering if anyone might know the possible problems that may occur when having an MRI while newly pregnant? is it harmful to the baby?
Also what other types of diseases show lesions on the brain? the biggest one is on my brainstem-1.6cm.
Another thing I am worrying about is that with this pregnancy I am extremely fatigued and out of breathe all the time. I get short of breathe when I look down or up aswell, my heart is beating very fast....this did not happen in my first pregnancy-does this or has this happened to anyone else? I can understand the fatigue as I work full time and have a 1 year old to care for...but out of breathe for no reason?
