I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me. My son was diagnosed in May with a growth plate fracture to his distal femur bone. After two MRI's, both radiologists say there is no fracture of the growth plate. The orthopedic surgeon is pushing that this is a fracture to the growth plate. I got a second opinion from another surgeon, and he did not find a fracture either. My son has moderate bone bruising and is in pain! I am really scared and just not sure WHO to trust and wondering if I should get another opinion on this MRI. Can anyone read these MRI's on BrainTalk? Any info would be helpful.
