i have reactive hypoglycemia and i'm extremely good about staying on the glycemic index diet my dietician put me on, (its like south beach) i exercise, and am planning on cross country running.

lately, i've been
-pretty thirsty
-getting the munchies
-sleeping forever
- and i might be losing a little weight, but it could just be wishful thinking lol!
-super tired
-my eyes hurt

i check my blood sugar in the morning, and its usually in the low 60s, but lately, i've been getting between 100 and 108 mg/dl...but never higher than that.

should i bring this up to my endo, or are these numbers (fasting) okay? they don't seem bad to me, but since i feel so run down, i figure better safe than sorry:)

oh, and my hands and feet get tingly sometimes...like my left hand just did, but it seems like its slowly going away...aah idk.

your opinion is greatly appreciated!!!
