I have had some really annoying symptoms over the last month, starting with pins and needles in my hands/fingers/toes and then moving on to swelling of my knees and pain in all my joints, as well as mouth ulcers. This has been going on for a month. I had blood tests, ESR was not raised, negative ANA and rheumatoid factor. I also have a painful chest when I breathe. Going back to the GP on Friday but am get increasingly upset and frustrated.

(I am 33 and male)

Many thanks for any help
