  • You need to give more information for anyone on this board to provide an opinion, and even after they do, the safest course of action will be for you to go to your gynecologist/MD/local clinic. More Info includes: age, unprotected sex?, location, size, hx similar exposures, other spots, color, and discharge from vagina, pain on urination or intercourse, any other symptoms? etc..

  • As I said before, the final result of this inquiry should be a trip to the doctor for appropriate certainty of what your condition is, one way or another. If you have had any physical contact with another individual, even if it did not progress to penetration, you need to rule out sexually transmitted disease as a cause of the skin lesions on your genital area. If you wax/shave/ or use another depillatory method it could be an ingrown hair that has formed a pustule. A doctor should rule out other dermatologic causes.

  • If it has cleared up by the time you see a doctor, you will need a blood test for herpes 2 specific and syphilis. It can be serious or just an ingrown hair. "Few" is correct; if you've ever been naked with someone and let them rub on you, you can collect diseases that way too.

  • Monsterlove is correct. You don't need to have sex to get an STD. Bumping uglies, humping, or whatever you want to call it can still produce the same result as actual intercourse (including pregnancy on rare occassions). You should be checked for herpes. Best wishes.
