  • Hi JoeIts really difficult to know exactly whats going on without doing a physical examination. It may be that you have for instance an allergy, or a simple respiratory tract infection that has not cleared up properly. Sometimes we get into a cycle of worrying about a symptom and that causes constant anxiety and they can cause muscle spasms in the chest wall, indigestion, heartburn, etc, which of course makes us worry more.Try as best you can to relax. Its probably something quite simple and the best person to reassure you is your doctor, Don't sit about worrying about it, get yourself checked out as then you can have a bit of peace of mind and start enjoing life again. Glad your HIV test was fine, that must be a big weight off your mind.Take careElisa

  • I agree with Elisa. Believe me, your doctor has heard it all before, and a good doctor will not pass judgment on you.
