Please help me... i am having severe headache with nose and mouth bleeding.I am 21 years old male. This headache started for me when i was 13 years old but since these 3 years it has become unbearable. When headache starts my body becomes weak with nerves streching from top to bottom especially of hands and legs..This occurs frequently and i do faint sometimes.Pain is so severe that sometimes i hit my head on the wall.very rarely my chest also pains.I have consulted many doctors but none of them could find out what is my disease.I am very scared.Pain becomes severe at night and by morning it would be ok.I am loosing my weight also..On my left hand, near the elbow area my nerves have crumbled. This happened 4 or 5 years back. That area is also paining. My hands and legs used to shiver and body becomes weak when headache starts for me.Kindly reply for this post and do tell me what is my problem. And tell me what treatment i should undergo..

  • there are migraine features here, but migraine would not explain the bleeding.however, the bleeding may be a sign of sinusitis, which is so common now as to be regarded as almost normal.in people who are disposed to migraine,it often happens that any precipitating factor will elicit a migraine response, and any illness will be coloured (as oliver sacks says)by migraine symptoms.it may be that the underlying sinusitis ---dont forget ,it would actually be unusual if you didnt have it.---is causing pressure on the base of your brain ,and setting the migraine off.it may be that you are a migraine person who also has nosebleeds, both very common, and a combination not unknown.get your blood pressure checked.try sudafed to help drain your sinuses.you may be able to entice your doctor into prescribing antibiotics;but it takes several courses of high dose antibiotics to clear sinuses which have been infected for some time, due to the fact that they are so poorly vascularised. this course of action will probably help you anyway, even if the sinusitis is not the factor i suspect.regulate your emotional life-avoid extremes, and upsetting thoughts and ideas;regulate your diet, avoiding very large meals and highly spiced foods.all migraine people can benefit from doing this.and where is the harm,or the expense, even if as is possible i am completely wrong about this?tell me what you mean by your "nerves have crumbled". no doubt there will be a sequence of posts following mine extolling the virtues of oriental herbs and swimming with dolphins, perhaps concurrently, perhaps while inhaling the vapours of the ancient and venerable carrot of philadelphia. follow this advice if it accords with your vulnerability.

  • Hi there, When I was about ten years old I had Migrains till I was about 16. I had headaches so bad some days I couldn't sleep for 48 hours. Anyways same thing with me, doctors didnt know what was wrong, and my mom figured something out on her own that worked for me. I was taking Advil and Tylenol like candy but It never really worked. Well I guess there was some chemical in those that I reacted to that made my headaches worse when I took it. We ended up buying just plain old Safeway No-name acetephamine instead and since then, they went away. I dont know if it will work for you but it did for me. Sometimes the simple things are the things that work. Hope you get better

  • Thanku for spending your precious time for me..As u said i have both migrane and sinusitis but symptoms of my disease are more worst than that. Many doctors have prescribed me high dose antibiotics but they didnt worked on me rather than it made me drowsy and tired.Since i am an final year engineering student i have to work alot so i stopped taking those medicines.Once i met an ENT and he fearing of brain tumour, asked me to scan and i did, fortunately results showed that i dont have such problems, later the same doctor said to me that some chemicals are being produced in my brain and its a rare case.He too gave high dose medicines but that too didnt work in me.Then i tried ayurveda but that too disappointed me badly. Now i am in big trouble and my condition is becoming worst day by day. Please help me out with some solution if u ever had heard such a case.

  • Maybe you are being exposed to a poison on a regular basis. Try to track it down and eliminate it from your surroundings. Maybe there is poison in your water (like arsenic) from a chemical plant or something. Do some investigations. Well, if the ENT doctor found some problems, I think you should see a neurologist for further treatment. You might also have a bad food allergy, so try to eliminate certain foods and then try adding them back one at a time. You may have a virus.

I have no connection with the site -- I just found the info useful. Let's see if the book that had a lot of the info can be posted:"Your Body's Many Cries for Water: You Are Not Sick, You Are Thirsty"Brian
