Hello.. First time poster.
For the past few days to a week i have been having problems. When i urinate it all goes as normal and then when i am finishing it starts to feel uncomfortable, like i am trying to hold in urine but while it's coming out it also feels like there are mineral crystals or grains or something down my urinary tract. This provides a slightly painful feeling when i am finishing urinating.
It also feels like i do not empty my bladder fully and i have to go again.
After finishing it feels like i have a heavy feeling at the tip of my penis.
I am very worried because i have never had problems like this before.
I'm 16 if that helps if there are teen problems.

Also, sometimes, usually at night when i'm lay down i get a throb or painless ache in my testicle.

  • Why don't you go for complete urine analysis to see if there is urinary bladder stone or notThis may help you, but about your testicular pain, just describe the character of pain and the onset, offset, the duration and coarse of pain...Thanks

  • You just have some bacteria and need medication to clear it up. If you are sexually active, you would need an STD screening. You need to see a doctor and should be fine.

  • What medication would you say was best?Yeah, i'd like the answer too.. I am currently taking ammoxicillin, My mum used to be a nurse and she said it should help. So im taking them for 5 days. Not been to the doctor yet.Another symptom type thing. After i have finished urinating, i sometimes get an itch inside my penis. It feels like the itch is down inside the urethra. And no, i don't need the STD screening :P

  • I agree. You need to see a doctor. Most likely you will be given antibiotics and do urinalisis for infection. You may also be trying to pass a stone or stones, and that can become very painful if you do not get treatment. These symptoms shouldn't scare you. This is common. Tell your parents, and go to the doctor for relief.
