  • Just because you have had anxiety all of your life does not mean you put someone down by downplaying their problems. Yes, everyone has problems, but this particular person is asking for our help which is what this forum is all about. If you've had so much experience with anxiety, you could help by offering some insight on whether this person has it or not, or what else it could be.

  • When my good cholesterol (HDL) got lower, I had same symptoms. I started taking fish oil since then. When you are growing teenager, missing heartbeats and slight pain is very common though. You can start suppliments like fish oil and vitamins too.

  • Well first off what were you smoking? how much caffeine do you drink a day?what kind of family history of heart disease ? Muscle shaking sounds like over worked musclesTo much caffeine can cause the irregualr heart beats or poundingSmoking will constrict blood vessals and increase heart rate. So no more smoking, reduce caffeine. If symptoms persist go back to your doctor with a journal of time of day and what you were doing, eating and feeling during your episodes .
