Hi everyone: i'm a 31 year old male who has had this problem for the last 2 years now. I have gone to see my doctor several times now, and they haven't been able to help. my issues are as followed.

um where do i start? i have this issue where i feel like fainting out of the blue. accompanied by this is also the feeling of nausea, headache, confusion, having the sense of not being with it, kind of like, i can hear what people say to me, but i'm not able to respond verbally. occasionally i get really bad shakes throughout my body when this happens, and i also feel like my inner body temperature is sky rocketing to the point that i start to sweat profusely. after the episode has passed, i feel very exhausted and very confused. My wife tells me that i lose my complextion, and i appear very pale. as of lately i have not had any energy to do anything. I feel completely drained, and even if i get more than 8 hours of sleep, it still feelings like its not enough. I even have issues with concentration too. this happens at a randoms notice, there is no warning signs. My doctor has sent me to several whole blood test, including a glucose test. I have been to numerous ekg, ecg, cardio tests, ct scans, and have been tested for diabetes, and anxiety tests as well seizures have been ruled out. I'm at a loss, my doctor has no idea what to do, Can someone please help me?

  • Are you heat sensitive and having these incidents happen more in warmer weather? Do they tend to happen when you are upright on your feet? Does laying down help?

I'm at a loss, my doctor has no idea what to do, Can someone please help me?This sounds alot like what happens to me and I was just diagnosed with seizures! Of course the ER doc first told me it was a dizzy spell! lol Go to a neurologist, your primary isn't a specialist! They did a 72 hour ambulatory EEG on me. And start keeping a diary of when they occur, how long they last, the symptoms ,what your doing at the time, etc. They can diagnose you without an EEG result. Not all epilepsy/seizures show on EEG. Best wishes..Hope you feel well soon!
