  • The low B12 makes me suspect you may be a vegetarian or vegan, as this condition is rare in meat eaters. Because many vegetarians have switched to soy I am wondering if you are eating any soy products or products with soy in them? Soy can cause joint pain, fatigue, bloating, etc. If you are eating soy products like tofu stop. Look at your margarine (if you eat that), any energy bars you eat read all your food labels to make sure you are not eating any hidden traces of soy.Go to this web site and read about soy and get off it entirely.http://www.mercola.com/article/soy/index.htm

  • Sorry, I just reread your post and you did mention you eat meat. But if you eat soy as well you may want to look into the web page I suggested because all of your symptoms could be from soy products.
