I have been having these problems for months and I have been going back and forth with different doctors trying to find a diagnosis. I really need some help and some direction for when I go next.
So when all the problems started, it began with me feeling severe pain when my fiance and I tried to have sex. I have been tested for all STDs and they have all come back negative several times. I was given an antibiotic and things were fine for a few weeks, until the problem came back. They put me on more antibiotics, but even as I inserted a tampon, I felt slight bit of pain up there.
Before Christmas time, I felt constipation for a few days, then after Christmas, I've been having diarrhea and quite a bit of gas on and off for nearly an entire month.
Now just the day before yesterday, I was outside and felt a bit of pain in my hand. It didn't concern me much, as it was -40 weather. Then the pain went to my next hand, and when I woke up the next morning, it was in my back, jaw, and even in my legs. To the point where I could not stand up. The pain remains in my hand, but in merely a few hours, it disappeared from my back, legs, and jaw. I even had chills for about an hour.
When this left, I noticed a rash on my upper thigh. It did not itch and it was just red spots. They looked like mosquito bites, but I admit they did hurt whenever I pressed down on them. Now today, merely a day apart, all the spots are nearly gone! I am so scared, I don't understand what's going on. I am terrified that this is Lupus but I don't have any of the other symptoms. I don't have any fatigue- I am an energizer bunny all the time! My hair isn't falling out, I have a bit of red by my nose but I'm pretty sure it's just natural skin tone I was born with. I'm not throwing up or anything, not losing weight- in fact I gained some out of no where.
The only thing that is bothering me at this very moment is the feeling of diarrhea/bloated stomach (which feels better whenever I eat fruit/yogurt or go to the bathroom) and the pain in my hands (which is practically gone). What could this be? Please tell me this does not point to lupus. That is my greatest fear right now. Also I am only 20, I do not know whether this will add anything to my inquiry. This is the first time anything like this has ever happened to me.
