I am a healthy, 23 year old who for the past 4 years has been experiencing chronic, spreading pain over all parts of my body. The pain has become so unbearable that I am bothered my doing everyday things which leads to me do nothing. When I say chronic pain I mean extremely persistent and consistent throbbing pain. The pain first began in my wrist and hands when, after a while, I began to think that I had carpel tunnel..I developed dry eyes and allergies which have stuck with me. The pain moved from my hands to my arms and elbows, to my shoulders and back, and skipped on down to my ankels radiating up my legs. Both sides of my body hurt, but not always at the same time. I have battled some depression and anxiety along with muscle weakness, fatigue, and no energy. My joints hurt me and my left leg bothers me so much it hurts to walk. It feels as if I have tons and tons of pressure pushing down on my neck, shoulders, and upper back I can't stand up straight. I recently have had blood tests and 2 M.R.Is and nothing was seen accept two benign cysts on my spine. I have always been very optomistic but as the time passes and I'm feeling worse and getting no answers, my smiles are fading fast. Please if anyone can help me.

Try eating gluten and dairy free and take Ellagic Acid every day. Follow the dosing on the bottle for aggressive use. We are dissolving our 2 year old's solid mass tumor. SHe has esthesioneuroblastoma. YOu can look it up. It is very rare and found int he average mean age of a 55 year old. She should not be alive today, but we are curing her using natural remedies after chemo failed. Duke has all our facts on file and we get annual MRI's to prove that her wall to wall tumor in her head is dissolving. Seems like you are having pressure on your spine that is causing this tremendous amount of pain everywhere which is causing all your other problems. This is a safe, non-invasive, affordable way to try to cure yourself. Ellagic Acid is completely natural and is known to dissolve foreign masses in your body, malignant and benign. YOu must also follow a toxic free diet. Remove dairy, gluten and anything man made. If a caveman did not eat it, you do not need it. Do not attempt to replace dairy with soy or rice substitues etc. Those are processed and man has changed the form of something found in mother nature to some other form, hence it is toxic. get it? Go to Whole Foods and find out who your local meat farmers are and if you want to enjoy meat, make sure it is ethically raised, on pasture, OUTSIDE in the sun not in a barn. Get to know your farmers there and then buy directly from them. Only have meat once a day vs. at every meal. If you do not eat meat, make sure you at least eat wild caught fish so your body will be able to repair itself. It needs the fats or oil from animals to repair itself. We are omnivores afterall, not vegetarians or carnivors. Graze on 11 pounds of raw fruits and veggies every day. Well, try to anyway. Start by placing fruits, veggies and nuts all over your home and office and then graze all day long. You will have a healthier body and you should not suffer from disease unnecessarily. The ellagic acid will increase your immune system, but it will dissolve foreign masses such as what you described you have on your spine which surely is putting pressure where you should not have pressure. Get back to nature and do not drink anything except water, and perhaps black tea or coffee. Tea is best, but keep it down to 1-2 cups of either one a day. I will send you my angels. Hope you feel better very fast! Read about how the ellagic acid begins to work within 48 hours at their website.Good luck!

  • It sounds to me like you may have an autoimmune disease of some kind, and Sjogren's disease sounds like one possibility. All of these things can be related to wheat intolerance, or celiac disease. Get tested for celiac disease. I agree with the post about going gluten free, but you will need a professional to help you do it as gluten is in things you would never suspect might have it.

  • I have a very good friend that had very similar symptons.....she eventually lost the use of her hands and it was radiating up her arms and down her legs. Finally after 3 years.....they tested her for "LIME DISEASE" and she tested positive!!!! Ask your doctor to give you the simple test for Lime Disease......you never know!! The best of luck to you!!!!!!!!!!:)

  • First off I am sorry about all the pain your experiecing. All the suggestions you have been given are very good to check on. I was wondering what kind of pain your having, burning, sharp, dull, shooting. If all the suggestions are checked and nothing comes back, I would check of the possiblity of having RSD, reflex sympathetic dystrophy. I am 21 and have RSD and the pain you discribed sounds alot like me. When my RSD was spreading it went to my spine and neck and I had the pressure you are talking about including having a hard time walking. This is just another thing to check, but finding a doctor who knows of this disease is hard. Hope you will find an answer soon whatever it may be. I myself went 4 and a half years before being diagnosed.

  • Dear Niki:If you have RSD,you know how little pain pills help.Have you ever heard of ketamine in a gel,put together by a compounding pharmacist? If not,you need to get some because the results can be amazing!I've personally seen it in action. After one application to her forearm a young woman with definite RSD became painfree. After being off work (and being depressed)for three and one-half years, she started smiling and got a job a week later. There is hope.

  • Thanks Richard, Thanks for the suggestion, and I do know how little pills help especially since I have reacted to most of them.I am actually getting ready to start the ketamine infusions, as my RSD has spread full body including to my organs. I am so glad the lady found relief and was able to get her life back, thats what everyone with RSD pray for everyday. Thanks again. Niki.
