I've had trouble with my sleep now for quite a while, i started getting episodes of what i have now discovered to be "sleep paralysis" when i was around 13 years old(im now 20) they used to be every now and then maybe a couple of time a month, but now they are really regular, at least one if not two a night! also sometimes when i sleep my leg or my arm suddenly shoots out as if im jumping out of my skin but im not! during the day i sleep quite a lot, i could be watching a program i enjoy and then fall alseep, my parents just think im lazy and have a go at me for it but i cant help it! when i stand for long periods of time i am itching to sit down and also dont know if this is relevent or not, i have an weird craving for sweets, i cant seem to live with out them, esp at night!
does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be going on??
