Hi, I have searched and searched and searched and asked for help with this and have yet to find any.

This is my problem : I just had my period...It lasted for 14 days and was pretty light compared to what my normal periods are. My normal periods are 7 days, first three really heavy, then light like this last time. My period stopped finally but every now and then I pass a red clot, but no blood or nothing else and also my nipples are very...sore. Its like a bruise sore. I touched them with soap in the shower and noticed it, not from the soap but the pressure. What is going on? I dont think Im pregnant, had a period and plus been trying for over 2 years, so think either me or hubby is sterile. Please help me...

shy.

  • I suggest that you go see an OB/GYN and get checked out fully. You have been trying for over 2 years to get pregnant; and you are having a prolonged period. Have you seen the dr lately? Delaying seeing a doctor can make things worse for you; and self diagnosis can lead you down the wrong path and delay getting any treatment you might need. • Hypothyroidism can cause both, but it can also be a number of hormonal things. You should ask to see a specialist.

  • Hi, It sounds from your painfull breasts and occasional clots that you may have a hormonal imbalance. your gynie should be considering this also seeing as you have not conceived even though you are trying for such a long time. Tee
