When I'm laying down or trying to sleep at night my legs start to hurt and prevent me from sleeping. I can't keep them still and I have to move them. People have told me that I could have RLS and I took that into consideration. But, when I exercise such as, running/jogging i get this tingling and pain sensation in my legs and they start to turn red and purple. I'm not sure what that could be. Does anyone have a clue?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
