Hi I am 32 years old and for the past few weeks I have been getting this throbbing pain in my left arm,my bones do not hurt when I press down on my arm, this happens every few days or so.As a teenager I always useto get soldiers heart.(very sharp pain under my left breast, which gets worse if you take a deep breath, but lasts only a few minutes),the past few weeks I have started to get those pains again, very sharp and scary,I have to sit still untill it passes.Having a busy life with four children I am taking citalopram only a low dose, for past 4 years for anxiety.I have also noticed for some strange reason my breasts have enlarged from a 34c do a d cup!Today with my arm throbbing again I have just had a nose bleed, from my left nostrill, which lasted a few mins, dont get much of those.I do get tired a lot and every time im due my period i suffer with pms,I get very angry and stressed for no reason.I have been stressed today maybe thats why I had a nose bleed. Can anybody shed some light onto my pains ect as its very frightening, regards and thankyou for reading.
