Well could be causing my air hunger? ever since around the age 10 or 11 I started to take deep breaths every so often and it phased out after a while. The weird thing is I had no head aches no chest pain no nothing, just pure air hunger! Now I'm 14 and It returned after the first day of the end of my holiday break. I went to a doctor and she said I have sensitive lungs (whatever that means...) and
gave me a puffer like device (not exactly a puffer, you suck out of it and taste funny) I guess it slightly helps but not that much.
Though IMO I think I might be focused on my breathing to much, recently I got a Ear Infection and all I could think about was my ears and I didn't really think about the breathing, I barely did these deep breaths. Also I've seen suffering from ETD for 3-4 years now if that helps....(Eustachian tube dysfunction)
Also when I go bike riding with my friends I don't feel like i'm on the verge of collapsing or any air hunger.
