my 21month boy has got persistent tongue ulcers for over 2mths now the doctor reckons its nothing to worry about but i am very worried cos from what iv read ulcers take 7 to 10 days to clear.doctor did the blood test but only checked for anemia and it was negative,i also went for an hiv test just to be sure coz ulers are apparently very common in hiv children it is also came back negative i`m at the end of my teether trying to figure out what it is coz they are really causing him pain its not big ones but lots of tiny ones on the edges of his tongue
