This past Thursday, I turned around and somehow stepped wrong just so slightly. I felt a snag or stitch just below my knee on the right side of my leg. Ever since, it has been painful to walk on and knot-like cramp feelings that last only a second reoccur. In 1994, I fell and broke both my tibia and fibia. Five months later, healing had not even begun. I had surgery and a rod was placed in my leg from my knee to my ankle. It was supposed to come out but due to lack of health insurance, I was not able to have it taken back out. I am extremely anxious about this leg anytime it bothers me for any reason. It feels like maybe I pulled something but am unsure. I still have no health insurance, so going to see about this leg would have to be an emergency. Is there any advice out there for me? Thank you.
