i have suffered depression and an anxiety disorder for past 5 yr and am currently on 150mg of venlaflaxine per day. however i spend 90% percent of my life unwell. doc says all symptoms are from dep/anx but im not so sure i will list them and if any 1 can shed some light for me please do.

slight headache, constant sharp pains in heart(been given all clear), heartburn and indegestion even when havent ate for 12 hrs, dizzy heavy head feeling, constant fear of dying and serious illness. blood on stools been tested and said was fine. tiredness and fatigue. constant colds/flus. nausea, right leg pain that moves daily i.e from hamstring next day calf. pulse always 100 to 110 bpm, dry sore nose, thirst. feelings that i am not breathing properly when i am. plus many more

i am at the end of my tether any advice would be very welcome thanx.

  • Blood in stools can be a serious issue. Have you had an endoscopy? Blood in stool is not due to anxiety or emotional issues, its an issue with your digestive tract and should be taken care of.
