I constantly have a bitter taste in my mouth! It's like bitter/kinda chalky almost (idk if chalky is the word) But i sometimes cant even stand the taste of my mouth. I get my teeth cleaned once every 1-2 months, brush twice daily/floss/use mouth wash and gum.. but no matter what i do, 5 minutes after brushing the bitter taste is back. I originally thought it was because of these things called tonsil stones, but i was able to remove them.. and the taste is still there. I've been to 2 different doctors, the first one suggested i went to see an ear nose and throat doctor, and said that if they couldn't figure it out, they were going to send me to a gastroenterologist. This latest doctor gave me prescriptions for a strong allergy medication that would help dry up my post nasal drip, and also something to help with possible acid in my stomach.. I'm worried that these will not help, and i will be forever self conscious about the taste of my mouth, therefor never be able to have a girl friend. I already suffer from social anxiety disorder, and this is a huge blow to my self esteem... please help, even if someone knows a good medical forum i can post my question on, any feed back what so ever would be appreciated. I feel like life is hopeless if i can't find a solution =(Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
