Hello everyone. I first want to list out my symptoms that occur every day

headache (feels like a rubber band is being tied around my forehead, more like a tight feeling) which clouds my thoughts
facial tightness
joint pain
extreme upper back, neck, and shoulder stiffness
heart pains and chest tightness, occasionally leading down into my left arm
occasional heart palpitations
extreme fatigue

The symptoms get worse when I am walking around, like doing normal daily activities. They get better however when I run or sit down and relax. I run at school for the club team so I am fairly active but not overly active. My heart rate however is resting at 46 and I have had a banine heart murmur my whole life. My cardiologist is not worried by these factors.

I was diagnosed with lymes disease last may and took antibiotics for it but the drs i have seen believe these symtpoms are unrelated.

I have seen a nuerologist, cardiologist, rhuemtologist, etc. and they are continuing to do tests but no one really knows whats wrong with me. This has been going on for the past 6+ months, some days worse than others. I hate complaining about it but I cant live like this. Someone please let me know if u have any ideas at all.
