I am a 27 year old female with a four year old son. Since yesterday I developed pain in my inner vagina with no other vaginal symptoms. However what's bothering me the most and kept me up all night is the pain and tingling in my right thigh going down my leg. My upper thigh feels like pins and needles and is sensitive to the slightest touch, even having my clothes touch the back of my thigh hurts. As the pain continues down my leg it feels like a severe cramp in the lower back side of my leg. I have never experienced anything like this before, and it's only on the right side of my inner vagina and the backside of my right leg. Please help, it hurts very badly and I've been researching the internet all night and into this morning.
