I am a 48 yr old female and for the last 2 months I have been having sharp pains in the bone of my upper right arm and bottom left leg. I also
have the feeling of pin *****s all over my skin which sometimes leaves small circular dark spots. Sometime my skin has a burning sensation. I also have a sometime painful small circular rash on my inner left thigh.
I sometimes I two periods in one month. one very light and one normal.
Any ideas.

  • I think that the wacky menstrual cycle can possibly be explained by you being in the range of pre-menopausal. I believe that cycles tend to go awry and become unpredictable before you enter menopause (you aren't post-menopausal I'm assumming?). As for the pins and needles in regards to the accompianing rash, I am at a loss. I think that a physical exam and a doctors visit is definetly in order

  • You need to see a doctor. If it is leaving marks then it's not just nerve damage. I know someone who had that and it was from a Tick. You just need to get looked at.
