Everytime im uncomfortable or hot, i get a sudden rush of pins and needles in my back and my neck. then the feeling gets to my front chest/neck area and i just have to WAIT till it goes away. i start scratching my back and front and jump around AND go ballistic because i dont kno what else to do and it seems to help. It even happens randomly sometimes, even if im not uncomfy or hot, even when im about to go to fall asleep lying in bed. it scares me sometimes because the feeling is so, so painful and unbearable. This happens to A LOT in the winter, indoors and outdoors. less in the summer, but still happens.

what do i do:confused: ?? what is it? does it have a name?

  • I'm far from an expert in anything medical, but to me it sounds like maybe a pinched nerve or something. I had, for years in my teens/early 20's, feelings like that in part of my hand and some fingers and it eventually went away on it's own. However, my dad had the same thing (same time, too...weird) and he was 'fixed' by a chiropractor. I think you should tell you should definitely see your doctor about it, though, if you haven`t already.
