For about 3 days now, I get this shock in my inner elbow part of my arm, when I move it a certain way (full stretch of the shoulder and arm, usually). I have been under alot of mental stress for the past few months, starting to feel better, now this happens. I got pinched nerves before, but ones that didn't bother me as much. I have been using the computer alot more often the past 2 weeks, don't know if that's the cause. Or from tense muscles in my back/shoulder. Can't afford a doctor, so should I be worried? What can I do to fix this and, what is it exactly, a guess and any help would be appreciative. Thanks!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
