persistent skin problems

hi... i'm a 20yo male and ive been having trouble with some skin problems.

first of all theres this reddish rash around my nose. a little hard to describe... its like there are these four red lines lining the front edges of my cheekbones, exactly where smile lines form. between them is reddish skin, so the entire thing has a star-shaped appeareance. if you can visualize that(sorry i don't have a pic). the rash doesn't itch or hurt, in fact it feels like normal skin. it comes and goes in intensity, but i've had it for about five years.

also my chest is dotted with all these red spots. not acne(ive never had a problem with acne), just little red bumps, ranging in size from the tip of a pin to the diameter of a pea. they seem to be in place of where hair should grow, in fact theres virtually no hair on my chest. i have plenty of hair everywhere else it should be, just none on my chest. ive had the chest skin problem for about as long as ive had the face rash.

third, and a little more personal...i'm getting these yellow blotches around my crotch. a few years ago the skin on my crotch was almost entirely yellow, but then it returned to normal. now i'm noticing a few blotches again. once again it doesnt itch or anything, i'm just worried it may be signaling something serious...

yeahhh...as for my diet i try to eat some of everything...fruits, vegetables, non-gluten grains, water, milk, meat occasionally. i don't drink and i occasionally have a cup of coffee. i smoke a little, but these problems were here long before i started. i also dont take any medications and i get exercise. i went to a doctor, he did an EKG and said nothing was wrong with me.

so any ideas?? thanks in advance for any help

  • I would go see a dermatalogist, they may be able to figure out what is wrong. Alos, I would try switching laundry detergents, because that can cuase extreme skin irritation

  • If you can, try to find a NAET practitioner. NAET (Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Technique) is the only treatment I know that can pinpoint if you have an allergy and then clear it from your system. It is FANTASTIC. It changed my life. You could have an allergy to soap, cotton, polyester, food, basic nutrients like vit C or calcium, and many other things. A qualified NAET practitioner will test you for a host of things, and find out exactly what is causing your problem...you don't have to have itching skin to have an allergy. Going to an allergist or dermatologist may be helpful, but in my experience they do not get to the bottom cause of a problem. NAET does. Please look into this and visit www.naet.com Best wishesDOM
