Hello all. I have been in pain for 3 years now. One doctor said it "could" be peripheral neuropathy but there haven't been enough studies done on it and another says it "could" be Neuralgia. I have been taking Neurontin since March of 06, 6 months after pain started. They tried conventional pain meds for the first 6 months with no improvement. No one will commit to a diagnosis and I have been fighting for my disability benifits since March of 06 and still nothing. The doctors just feed me pills and tell me to come back in 6 months. I have a lot of symptons comparable with MS but they say they have ruled that out. I have read that PPMS is the hardest to detect but they have quit testing me. I also read that diabetic numbers over 140 can cause nerve damage and the 1 time I was given a glucose tolerance test it hit 170 and was slow to come back down. The doctors say you have to hit 200. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thanbk you
