Hey I'm 17. I've never been to the gynocologist. For the past year I have been having my period every two weeks. I haven't done anything crazy, I'm not pregnant. I don't know what it could be. I have no pms symptoms. I don't cramp or get moody with any of these periods and they're super light. I use the light tampax pearls and I shouldn't even use those because it doesn't fill up ever. My periods normally only last 2 days sometimes 3. So I don't know what this could be. If anyone has any answers feel free to let me know.

  • Go to the gynecologist. You may have ovarian cysts. Get on birth control, it will regulate your period and reduce/get of the cysts if you have any.

It is worth getting looked at by your dr.

  • Hi,This sounds like a condition called Polymenorrhea which is a menstrual dysfunction, wherein a woman has periods at shorter time intervals.
