Perceived Jerky / Staggered Vision/Feeling - Help!!!

Hi all, not sure if anyone can help, but please bare with me as I explain.

For some time now whenever I move, whether just turn my head to side, or walk up hallway, stand up, (all movements, ever subtle ones), I feel everything is jerky or staggered. I know that my movements are still smooth, but they feel jerky. The best way to describe it is like a rapid shutter on camera or one of those flip book motion cartoon drawings.

Does anyone have any idea of what I am trying to explain? Anyone suffer from this? What is it? Should I be concerned?

Thank you!!!

P.S. Someone has said to me it could have something to do with the cerebellum??? Not really sure?
