okay, i've had this problem for about 5 or 6 das now, its a faint tingeling sensation in the head of my penis, VERY uncomfortable. it is most noticable i find at night, after urination and after ejaculation. i think what may be causing it is a damaged nerve, as the feeling is not actualy from the bladder but, as said, from the tip of the penis, it only realy goes away WHILE urinating. i think MY nerves where damaged after beeing rough wiith my penis (penis enlargment exersises) but the affects didn't arrive imideatly, if you have HAD or have any of these symptoms and can reasure/inform me of a treatment/wheather it will go away or not i will be greatly apreciative.
