Please Note that self have been experiencing infection on my ***** for the Past 1.5 years. I do experience a tingling sharp itching some time on my *****( may be 3-4 times a day) and then I see few red dots on my ***** glands and covering skin.

Treatment 1 - By Dcotor A ( In Jan / Mar / Aug /Oct 2010)

Intially this was treated by Flucanazole 150 mg and Microdox-DT 100mg(doxycycline) by a medical practioner, After taking these drugs my ***** looks good and also the itching is gone for a while may be 1-2 months or so.

Treatment 2 - By Same Doctor A ( Feb 2011)

After year when I again went to the same meidcal practioner , I was told that the infection Herpes Simplex Virus and was administered Acolovir for 6 days. I had acolovir and I had more servere itching as well has swelling of my ***** gland resulting ins a swollen ***** tip. After 6 days there were some improvement and the ***** tip did recover its shape how ever after a month i still felt that the recvoery is not full and the part of my ***** skin(15%) did show some sign of superficial discoloration and looks like a part skin infection. I then took a dosage of Flucanzaole and Microdox DT 100 mg on my own and things came back to normal. However ever since then I do get some red dots and itchy feeling on my ***** tip and the condition has been like this for the past 6 months or so. When I ever i get some Red dots / itchy sensation , I normally apply Valbet Skin oinment( Beclomethasone Dipropionate, Miconazole Nitrate and Neomycin Sulhpate cream)on my ***** to get things in control.

Treatment 2 0 By Doctor B( Sept 2011)

Same Itching and Red Spots on ***** gland.

Showed it to another doctor who rule out herpetic Symptoms and administed
Metrogyl 25 mg for 5 days (15 tablets) and Zole -F to control itching on *****

Things were ok for 25 days and thereafter again some itching sensation and red spot on ***** gland. There is no discharge as such.

Kindly advice what type condition is this.
