I started having pelvic pressure/pain a few days before my period(in July).
It never went away. I also have a need to urinate frequently. UTI was ruled out. Blood work was normal. laproscopy done; Dr did not see anything abnormal .Endometriosis was suspected but not seen.I never had this pain before. The Dr said some people have chronic pelvic pain with no explanation.
There has to be a reason for this. I know my body and something is wrong. Drs shrug their shoulders and say they dont know what to tell me.
Has anyone heard of or experienced a similar situation. Any help would be appreciated...Thanks

  • I had this same issue. I do have endometriosis. What is possibly happening is you're having muscle spasms in your vaginal area. I tried everything including injections. The only thing that worked for me was acupuncture. This would flare up right before my period. Have your doctor examine you and see if you're having spasms.
