hello i am a 25 year old male suffering from chronic pelvic pain for the last 5months.I started training last summer for boxing doing alot of running and sit ups etc, i hurt my back got treatment for that in september but in october a month after my back treatment i woke up one day with horrific pain above the penis like in the pubic sympthasis area???. The pain was so much i could not get an erection long story short i stopped all forms of training end of november hoping it was a sports injurie and proper rest was needed. My pain got worse of december so much pain at night behind the penis like deep rooted sevevre pain like tighening of muscles or spasms! it is horrific! from the minute i wake up till when i get to sleep im in constant pain in that area, sitting down is this worse in the perinium area behind my testicles in the anus and above the penis! also inside at the top of my thighs and lower right back.Ive had mri of the pelvis twice! all clear! ultra sound of the testes ! all clear! sti checks blood test urine test all clear. We were clinging to the hope of lower back nerve problems being the source of pain? got my mri of lumber spine yesterday all fine!!! ( even though my back hurts like ***l sometimes) ive had my prostate checked 3times all fine apparently! Its now march im so depressed in constant pain in the periniuum anus genital area its destroyed my relationship with my girlfriend who ive lost and i loved her to death. im 25year old male who hates life now, the only thing it could be due to my undiagnosed symtopms is pudenal nerve entrapment! aka PNE! Could it be this ? what do i do now im living with chronic pelvic pain and im losing the will to live! im due at the urologist today to have a camera down my penis to check my bladder out! but i dont think thats the problem! PLEASE HELP SOMEONE its effected my erections no libido cause of constant pain etcReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
