I have been having left pelvic pain for a couple of weeks. Very tender to touch. Movement hurts. I have a hard time getting into a comfortable position. I had a similar episode of this last summer, ended up having diagnostic surgery, and nothing was ever found. I lost thirty pounds from it and suffered for about eight months. I am worried that the same thing is going to happen. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions. My dr said it could be an ovarian cyst. I have had many of those, and I know the pain goes away when the cyst subsides. This seems to be unrelenting, and not related to anything. I am not pregnant.
