I'm aged 45, and started with pelvic pain (stinging/burning type pain) and irregular periods 2 years ago, I had a laparoscopy (poss endometriosis) nothing found, but then due to severe pelvic pain had an hysterectomy (kept ovaries) about 18 mths ago. Nothing was found. A year ago I had a cystoscopy, and yet again nothing found. I still have pelvic pain, and I feel now like my whole body stings and aches. My mouth especially stings.

I keep looking at all my symptoms and coming up with sti but all my results are negative . Is it possible to have an sti and for it to be undetected.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, now getting tired of taking painkillers every day .
now getting desperate.
