Pelvic pain

Since the middle of Feb. I have been experiencing lower right pelvic pain. Dull and constant at times it becomes worse and at times I am awakened at night with a sharp pain. I have had a partial hysterectomy three years ago; leaving the right ovary. When I saw my ob/gyn at the beginning of March, he ran blood work for hormone functions(?)... foundto be normal, we scheduled an ultrasound and sonogram...found a large semi solid cyst on the right ovary. He and the radiologist suggested a retest in six weeks. I am scheduled for that next Wed. Over the past few days my symptoms seem to be worsening...hence the call to schedule the retest...I have had a lot of clear discharge from my vagina and the pain seems to be heightened even though I am taking tylenol. The pain is also felt in my lower back now. The only change in bowel movement is that now I have had three a day. (Which I know to be a good thing.) No diarrhea just a softer stool ,I was experiencing just small black/dark brown pellets every few days. I almost feel like I am having menstual cramps???Can that be? Any help or thoughtful conversation would be appreciated.
