Im turning 19 in a couple of months and im a female. I've had pcs since i was in 9th grade. It use to scare me everytime it happened because no one knew what it could be. It was a long time after that when i finally realized it was pcs. The only difference is that it happens near my rib cage, like my lung is stuck on my ribs ans sometimes it hurts so bad it affects my middle and lower back. Breathing in really deeply "pops" it and it stops hurting and it helps me to rub the area that hurts. It seems like sitting or laying in a weird position makes it occur, but there are times when it just happens out of no where. I wish there was a way to make it stop period because even a lot of times after it "pops" and the severe pain goes away its still sore there for a little while afterwards.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
