My neice is 15 she has had a swollen spleen and pancerace for 2 years. Has not has a period for over 1 year. She has just been diagnosed with PCOS. That explains the symptoms of her skin, weight, and period but not the swollen organs. I know that PCOS is possibly caused by elevated inslin levels so could the swollen organs be related to the PCOS or is another disease causing both problems?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
