  • Hi,I am so sorry 4 that problem. It has to b scary. I would really advice you 2 talk 2 psychologist (who seems 2 b quite normal:)) + 2 talk about ur problems 2 somebody who u trust aaand think he/she is wise enough 2 analyze feelings, feers etc and has understanding 4 u.maybe my advice sounds too obvious, general or as if i write the first thing which comes 2 my mind & dont know what i am talking about, but its not truth, i just went trough similar problems & i believe this will help u.U also should work with your fears on your own. 1. Try to analyze why u r scared eg something specific happened in the past (maybe u dont even rmember but you need 3 do so) and since that time u r afraid. maybe somebody followed u & u didnt like, or u hurt some1 & keep subconscious fear of his revenge2. Tell yourself that u have no objective reason 2 be afraid ...think of logical reasons why not and also why yes :D (what if?? kiddin its not very probable and if so u would have 2 know the reason)3. Fear does not solve anything. It just worsens the situation. Even if there is a thing 2 worry about (&believe me in life there r so many sometimes VERY SERIOUS and objective reasons to b worried), you (and every1) should say 2 himself : stress just worsens it, stress will obviously not help me & my problems. whatever happens, i can influence it only partially, if i try hard and doesnt work, not my fault, and dont stress myself (even in a very bad situation), coz i couldnt do more nad with stress it doesnt get better. i have 2 take life as it is & enjoy it as it is. this works 4 me.GOOD LUCKtake care, dont fear, be lucky :o). there is always somebody with you. & really , if U cant deal with ur problems and thinking in an objective way does not always work, go to a psychologist/psychiatrist. there is nothing wrong about it. what my advice is, go there now and immediately.

I am a mom of two young kids, and my son (who is 10) also has fearful feelings. We talk all the time, and I think it really helps him. So first I would say to you, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. There are even many adults who have fearful feelings. We all need help sometimes. I think if you feel comfortable enough to talk with an adult, even if it's not your parents, you'll feel better. (or maybe if you keep a journal, you'll be able to sort things out). If you're not comfortable talking with your parents, hopefully you have a teacher or someone at your church (if you go) that you can confide in. There are people who want to help you, trust me. Everyone deserves a fulfilled life, and you sound like you're really unhappy. My heart breaks for you, as I think I can relate since my son has stressful feelings too. If you do not feel like talking to anyone else, I'll be here for you. I'll try to check this site as often as possible. Please take care of yourself ~

  • Hi, I am a 13 year old boy, and i just always get the feeling someone is going to seriously hurt me at school but this is not just in school times, the weekend aswell it's getting me really down and i'm really scared could i have some advise Im a 18 year old kid taking medications for bipolar ADHD and anxiety, so this is coming from someone who is going through similar experience that you are going through, i know how you feel and its a horrible feeling. some advice i would give you is to do meditation which should help you relax your mind and keep you calm. when your feeling nervous or scared try the breathing technique, take a deep beath in and slowly let it out. also spend alot of times with your friends and family, you could take walks to the park or run or jog because exercise usually helps. you should also speak to your parents about it and try to get them to take you to see a few different psychiatrist because 1 might tell you something different then the other. when i first started seeing a psychiatrist she didnt take me seriously. i have been on and off all kinds of medications. i stopped taking the medications for a little while to see if the symptoms got better, but instead i felt really screwed up. much worse then when i first started taking them, so i got back on it. If the psychiatrist puts you on any medications you should find out what the risks and side effects are. you are not alone kid there are many people going through the same thing, so keep your head up theres always hope. i wish you the best.
