Very healthy 25 year old male first had palpitations, did full cardiac work up found fluid around the heart, and moderator band. Then muscle pain started really bad moving from knees, ankles, fingers, then to his back and shoulders. Prednisone helped with pain but only took it for a week. Extreme tiredness but gets enough sleep. Went through a period of loosing more than 10 pounds do to no appetite then went on prednisone for a week and appetite returned. RBC, Hemoglobin and hemoatocrit are all low for over a month. C reactive protein and SED rate are elevated. Has anemia and also been tested for lupus, and lyme disease both were negative. Not sure if a rash that happened about a month before had anything to do with this but it was very large on chest and thigh and drained a lot.

Any ideas on where to go from here would be great!
