Please help i've been to three doctors, and a dentist none of them can help, one doctor said I had a vitamin d deficiency and that is why my tongue was pale.
It all started in october I felt like my tongue was burning right in the middle, the doctors said they saw nothing wrong with my tongue. I also was tired all the time, felt cold all the time, and was dizzy, I urinated like 20 times a day especially at night. I felt horrible I thought I was going to die. Well the ran blood work and found nothing wrong, so I went on with this pain and my tongue feeling weird.
I went to the dentist and he said it looked like a nutritional deficiency so I went back to the doc and he ran blood work for vitamin dificency and found out I had a vitamin deficiency, he gave me the supplements for the deficiency and I took them the burning sensation went away, but my tongue was still pale and dry it feel almost like a carpet.
I went to another doctor since I moved to another state and he said that my tongue looked fine. Since this has been going on with my tongue I brush it at least three times a day along with scrapping.
Could I have damaged my tongue somehow with all the brushing and scrapping?
Is that why the burning went away but my tongue looks pale and is dry.
