Hello all,

its 6 months now that i am suffering from my palate. I cannot find the correct word to describe it....swollen, soar, burned, metallic, irritated, numb...... Have been to dentist, stomatologist....nothing
Then i relocated in Germany for work were i contiunued.... Blood test show nothing, otolaryngologist said only tonsils a bit swollen,
gastroscopy was normal and now they only advise anti-stress therapies. But its not from stress. I am tired of this and going crazy. I cannot live anymore
If anyone can help me, please......

Thank u all

  • There isn't much to go on here, but there can be a lot of problems that causes palate sensitivitiy/irritation. Do you smoke and/or drink a lot? If so, stop, beceause that alone might be causing your symptoms. I'm not sure what tests you've had done, but I would be sure to get a complete blood count to make sure your leukocytes are normal and screen for cancer/infection. I would also get vitamins checked - B12 and folate deficiencies can causes these symptoms. I'm sorry, I don't know much about this but maybe if you post some more info others will be able to help you.
