i have a painfull mass in my low abdomen, doctor says ibs. its not. no tests were done to rule out anything else. i have recurrent ovarian cysts, uterine fybriods, and possible endometriosis.last year my lower left side started hurting (like menstrual pain) and swelled up. the doctor say she could feel a "hard cordlike mass", and said it was probably inflammation due to ibs. it never went away. its about 4 inches long and 2 inches wide, goes from the inner left hip to the top of the pelvis bone. bowel habits are normal but have increasing pressure on bladder and frequent light urination. as of last month- the same shape is showing on the right side. pelvic ultrasounds show several small fybriods in the uterine wall, and nothing else. i dont know who to go to for this or what to ask for, am afraid maybe colon cancer?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
