6 year old female with pain that makes her think she has to urinate frequently. Has pain, sits on toilet and urinates but as soon as she stands up feels like she needs to urinate again. Sits on toilet for hours. Been going on for over a month. Spends a lot of time in a fresh water lake. Healthy otherwise. Several urinalyses normal, ultrasound normal. No diagnosis from family doctor or specialist. Child spends several hours a day in pain.
